Our event planning process is the “secret sauce” and it starts with you, our partner. Calling you our client sound too formal, we prefer to go into this event as partners. In order to do this, we learn your organization, what you stand for and what your goals are. This is done so we can create a unique experience for your guest. We also spend several weeks in the pre-planning phase. Yes, that means we spend a large amount of time, planning to plan but we promise it will pay on in the end.
Throughout the process, we promise you the following:
- We will not sugarcoat anything! We will give you our honest, upfront opinion even if it may not be what you want to hear. This will be done in a respectful manner and you always have the options to override our recommendations.
- We will own up to our mistakes! We are human and while we work our best to cover every step, we aren’t perfect! However, we are quick on our feet and will pivot to ensure the event goes off without a hitch.
- Be Flexible – NO event EVER goes 100% as planned so we will be as flexible as you need us to be.
- Have FUN – we are there so you and your team can enjoy the event. We want to make sure you don’t have to “work” the event!
